We are working with Hero to offer practices an integrated way to connect with patients using batch SMS or email including sharing attachments, and to automate their appointment booking and scheduling system.

eConsult is integrated with Hero to create a full and complete journey for patient history take, triage and patient communication and follow-up appointment and care.

Through the eConsult Smart Inbox, patients can be invited to book EMIS or SystmOne appointment book slots, using Hero’s smart booking links. Invitations are recorded in the patient record, and links are one-time and unique. How can this help you?

Health information, delivered better

Cognitant’s app, Healthinote, offers a quick and easy way to access clear, reliable health information, from trusted sources including the NHS. When responding to a patient via eConsult, the clinician now has instant access to a wealth of patient information to enhance the clinician’s response and empower the patient to better understand and manage their health.

NHS Digital

We worked with NHS Digital to integrate NHS login into eConsult and eConsult into the NHS App

eConsult is the first online consultation supplier integrated with the NHS App. We worked with NHS Digital to ensure the eConsult triage platform was built seamlessly into the NHS App for an optimal patient journey.

We also worked with NHS Digital to integrate NHS login into the native eConsult platform to verify each patient’s identity and pre-populate demographic details.

Currently used by services covering a geography of around six million patients, CLEO Systems builds solutions to ensure patients receive safe and effective care and to support providers in delivering Clinical Excellence Online. The Estuary View UTC, attached to the Whitstable Medical Centre and run by East Kent UTC Alliance, collaborated with CLEO Systems, eConsult Health and EMIS to provide an interoperable solution, enabling patients to be pre-assessed, tracked and treated. The success of this partnership was founded in the shared vision of ensuring integration and interoperability.
