Candesic Impact Assessment

Candesic undertook an impact assessment of eConsult’s eTriage platform at Queen Mary Sidcup’s Urgent Care Centre.

The assessment found that the eTriage platform allows patients to be assessed more quickly and reduces total waiting time at the urgent care centre. Within a month of successful implementation eTriage was being used 99% of visitors, which meant these patients underwent initial assessment within 15 minutes of arrival. The majority of these patients recognised that the service can be used easily.
