Get your PPG spreading the word for you
PPGs are set up to learn about the changes happening in general practice, digest those changes and then feed them back to the wider patient audience. Use your PPG to help educate the wider patient population.
We have been working with PPGs across the UK, and have marketing and education content ready for them to share. Download our PPG marketing pack and share it with them. The pack includes newsletter content, downloadable leaflets, videos and information that can be shared on social network channels like Facebook or WhatsApp.
As with everything new, people will have questions and concerns. We are happy to run patient-facing sessions with your PPG to help explain what eConsult is, the benefits to the patients and practice and also answer any questions they might have.
Your PPG is also important in feeding back the general consensus of your patients. Ask them what they think about eConsult. We can help you put together a survey if you need.
