Location: London E14,

Fixed term Contract: 3 months, £35,000 – £40,000 (Pro-rata)

Hours: Full-time

Reporting to: Director of Organisational Development

Salesforce Administrator – The Role:

Under the supervision of the Director of Organisational Development, the Salesforce Administrator will provide support to the eConsult team through the customisation and configuration of our Salesforce platform. The successful candidate will have a record of success in improving processes and adoption of Salesforce in other high growth businesses. The administrator will work with internal stakeholders across eConsult to identify and deploy new business processes on the Salesforce platform and provide training and support to users. They will be responsible for executing the day-to-day configuration, support, maintenance and improvement of the Salesforce Platform.

The key objective of this role is to optimise the use of Salesforce across eConsult, making processes more efficient and increasing our ability to report on the progress of internal processes.

Key Responsibilities:

  • To optimise the use of Salesforce across the organisation by working with teams to define their Salesforce requirements and customise the platform
  • Performing administrative tasks such as creating or updating fields, workflows and process builder, creation of reports and dashboards and managing data
  • Capable of effectively analysing data accumulated from multiple sources, while keeping data organized and easy to use
  • To train the team so that they fully understand the platform and make it as easy as possible for users of any technical level to use Salesforce
  • To maintain the platform for the business, ensuring that any platform updates, new tools or capabilities are fully utilised and that all data is accurate and without duplication
  • To run weekly reports from across teams for inclusion in Executive meeting agendas, such as sales forecast, invoicing update, to ensure that the Executive team have oversight of processes across the organisation
  • Work alongside teams to document current and future requirements 
  • Meet with team members to review issues
  • Recommend solutions where possible
  • Offer technical support and maintenance for the salesforce platform 
  • Assist with system automation 

Your Skills:

To succeed in this role, you will need to have:

  • Extensive experience on Salesforce, with the ability to build custom apps and objects, formula fields, workflows, custom views, dashboards and reports etc.
  • Highly analytical and self-motivated approach to work
  • Great communication skills – this role is all about working with our teams, and a range of stakeholders, to optimise the use of Salesforce across the business

Your Experience:

We expect you to have:

  • Salesforce certifications (or equivalent): Salesforce Certified Administrator, Salesforce Certified Advanced Administrator (SCAA), Salesforce Certified Platform App Builder
  • Advanced skills in Microsoft PowerPoint, Excel and Word
  • Experience in developing Salesforce training materials and providing Salesforce training to all levels of stakeholders within an organisation
  • Experience leading the customisation and build of processes, reports, dashboards and workflows in Salesforce
  • Experience using Salesforce Professional and Salesforce Marketing Cloud
