CEO

Murray is a co-founder of eConsult and has been CEO since 2015. Prior to that, He is GP Partner in the Hurley Group, one of the first NHS super-partnerships. He has been a doctor for 21 years and continues to practice as a GP in South East London

Steve Lillywhite

Chief Technology Officer

Steve has been working in software development for 20 years and has extensive experience in building enterprise web applications across the finance, insurance and new media industries. At eConsult, he is responsible for overseeing the product development, platform architecture and technology strategy.

Aman Kundraw

Commercial Director

Aman has amassed over ten years senior management experience, spearheading operations within a range of sectors from retail to regulated financial services. At eConsult he is responsible for overseeing operational delivery, business process design and strategic planning.

Dr Aravinth Balachandran,
MRCGP, BSC

Chief Medical Officer

Aravinth qualified from the University College London Medical School in 2002 and has been working as a qualified GP since 2008. A Partner at his practice, Aravinth currently sees patients at Oaklands Health Centre in Hythe, Kent.

Dr Mark Harmon, MBBS, BSc (Hons)

Strategy and Brand Director

Mark qualified from King’s College School of Medicine in 2014 and has since worked in a wide range of Specialties across Primary and Secondary care. Prior to studying medicine, Mark held some senior strategic and brand executive positions in some of the world’s leading blue chip companies, such as Nike, Speedo, The Arcadia Group and Marks and Spencer plc. Mark joined eConsult in 2016.

Georgie Johnson

Director of Operations

Georgie studied Physiological Sciences at the University of Oxford. With this background in medical research, she focused on global pharmaceutical launch excellence as a management consultant. Georgie transitioned into health tech, leading the development of a diabetes wearable, then joined the eConsult team in 2017.

Dr Chris Whittle, MBChB, BSc (Hons)

Chief Innovation Officer

Chris started his career in healthcare at the University of Edinburgh, where he studied for both his medical degree and BSc in Neuroscience. In 2015, while working full-time in anaesthetics within the Wessex area, Chris joined the NHS England Clinical Entrepreneur programme and founded Q doctor, going on to set precedents in video consulting nationwide across health and social care.

In 2021 Q doctor joined the eConsult family, where Chris now sits on the senior management team supporting innovation. Chris is also an Honorary Lecturer in Digital Health at School of Medicine at the University of Central Lancashire.

Alex Tzukerman

Chief Product Officer

Alex is a user-centric product leader with over 15 years’ blue-chip experience, across engineering, management consulting, general management and product. He’s headed up teams at Intel, Paddy Power Betfair and Kearney, and led the launch and scaling of the online marketplace Pollen. Alex holds a BSc from Israel's leading engineering institute Technion as well as London Business School MBA.

Nick Eades

Chief Commercial Officer

Nick has worked on executive boards of technology & telecoms businesses for the past 25 years, driving growth, leading digital transformation, and building compelling commercial propositions.

Previous executive leadership roles in software businesses most recently include an AIM listed FinTech business, and global Payments provider. This was preceded by similar roles driving sales, marketing and digital transformation at a major logistics UK plc, and before that Nick was part of the team at Psion plc, turning around this UK tech icon ahead of its acquisition by Motorola in 2012.

He spent 5 years at Dell in the UK, during which time it became UK’s No.1 IT Company. Nick began his career in international Sales and Marketing with 10 years at IBM, in the UK and in Paris.

Adrian Chamberlain

Chairman

Adrian is an experienced CEO specialising in telecomms and technology. Previously Chief Executive of Achilles, a world leader in cloud based supply chain management, he successfully led the company to a refinancing in 2015, before being appointed Executive Chairman of eConsult.

Dame Clare Gerada, MBE FRCGP FRCPsych

Non-Executive Director

Clare has been a GP since 1992. She is currently Medical Director for the Practitioner Health Programme (PHP), a service which provides help to sick doctors and dentists. She has held a number of national roles, including: Senior Policy Advisor, Department of Health Drugs and Alcohol; Director of RCGP Substance Misuse Use Unit & was Chair of RCGP National Expert Group on Substance Misuse. She was named one of Britain’s top 100 most influential women by BBC Radio Four’s Women’s Hour.

Dr Tim Ringrose, MRCP, MBBCh

Non-Executive Director

Tim Ringrose trained in nephrology and intensive care in Oxford before joining Doctors.net.uk, the UK online doctor community, as start up in 2000. Tim has led the development of a wide range of digital services provided to doctors and has had considerable experience working with a wide variety of healthcare clients to deliver insights into doctors’ behaviour, online educational programmes and effective digital engagement tools. Tim is currently CEO of Cognitant.

Henry Alty

Non-Executive Director

Henry joined the Board in October 2020 following the investment from Gresham House Ventures. Henry focuses on growth capital investments into software and service businesses in the financial and professional services sectors.
