What has changed since you first started using eConsult?
eConsult was first procured within Buckinghamshire, Oxfordshire and Berkshire West in 2019 (for Oxfordshire) We have made a lot of improvements since then. Here are a few of the features we now have included as standard:
- Demand Management features including capping, and ad-hoc switch off
- Proxy access – so carers can access eConsult
- Smart inbox (coming soon)
- SMS, telephone, video and email to reply to patients
- Enhanced safety features, including suicidal intention check
